The Youth Leadership Bootcamp (YLB) 2017 brought together 100 bright and passionate university students who were competitively selected from across Bangladesh for four days of transformative personal experience, leadership training, and career navigation. Held in the scenic city of Sreemangal, the Bootcamp enabled participants to develop tangible skills that enhanced their career competitiveness while also providing valuable insights into the workplace through exposure visits.

In 2017, two consecutive Bootcamps were organized. YLB 3 was held from February 2 to 5, 2017, and YLB 4 took place from February 9 to 12, 2017. These programs offered intensive leadership development opportunities and practical career guidance for the selected participants.
